We are an authorized wholesale distributor of household, hardware, and consumer products. Our Site and services are intended for commercial, business, and trade buyers only.

If you violate any of these Terms, your access may be canceled and you may be permanently banned from accessing the Site. ABC Distribution USA LLC operates as a wholesale distributor. Products and services offered through the Site are intended for resale, commercial, or business use by qualified buyers. Orders are subject to acceptance, credit review where applicable, and confirmation of commercial purpose.

How to Order
Orders are placed through wholesale quotation. After contacting us with your inquiry, we will issue a quotation specifying products, quantities, pricing, shipping terms, and payment instructions.
Acceptance of a quotation by issuance of payment or signed purchase order constitutes your offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by issuing an invoice and, where applicable, a shipping confirmation. A binding contract is formed only upon our written acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before acceptance, and to rescind acceptance where there has been an obvious error in price or where a product is no longer available.
Prices, Availability, and Errors
Prices and availability are subject to change. Errors will be corrected when discovered. We are under no obligation to provide a product at an incorrect (lower) price, even after acceptance, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as an error.
Shipping
Shipping coverage, estimated delivery times, and freight terms are confirmed at the quotation stage. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon tender of the items to the carrier.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs requirements unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
Returns & Warranties
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties on distributed products are handled directly with the manufacturer.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the Content. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to your use of the Site or any products purchased through us shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, rather than in court, except that we may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to a class or representative action or jury trial.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
